Why I’m Doing This

Throughout my career, I couldn’t find consultants who understood my business from an operator’s point of view, nor could they help me prioritize what and where to invest resources. I hired many consultants and agencies at substantial cost, but it was up to me to figure out how to align and execute across the various functions in the organization.

Founders new to GTM need a business partner to create a go-to-market strategy with the authority to execute agreement upon programs and deliver results that quickly impact pipeline.

Who Am I

I’m a technology executive with over 20 years of experience with early stage data management and security companies and have earned a reputation as a high-value, cross-functional impact player. Most recently, I led the business strategy, sales and operations for a machine learning and AI company for supply chain, finserv, cybersecurity, and customer experience. As its Chief Operating Officer, I was instrumental in fundraising over $140M, directly involved in closing the first 130 Enterprise deals, rolling out its SaaS offering for SMB while scaling the company from $100K to $30M+ ARR. In addition, I served as the company’s primary spokesperson, presenting on stages all over the world and doing whatever it took to garner press coverage, build brand awareness, and cultivate business development relationships. I love interfacing with customers as the “Chief Customer Officer,” creating advisory boards for more interaction with the leadership team and building a culture to attract top talent across all functions.

Since then, I’ve served as a fractional CRO, coach and “CEO Whisperer” for start-ups, ranging from seed, pre-revenue to Series B.
